π How to Comply:
In person at an SSS branch (if physically able)
Through video conference (Skype, Zoom) for those abroad
Mail/email submission of the ACOP form and required documents
Via SSS-accredited Foreign Representative Offices (for those overseas)
π Documents Usually Required:

Valid ID
Latest photo
Medical certificate (for total disability pensioners)
Proof of relationship (for dependent pensioners)
π Why is it Important?
Failure to comply with ACOP can result in the suspension of monthly pension benefits until the pensioner or beneficiary submits the requirement.
